Our criminal defense law firm is a professional corporation serving clients accused of crimes throughout the Northern Colorado area of Fort Collins, Loveland, Steamboat, and Greeley; and we concentrate on defense of people charged with misdemeanors and felonies in Larimer, Weld, Jackson, and Routt Counties. We have two experienced criminal defense attorneys who have successfully represented clients from all parts of the world in state courts in Colorado and Wyoming for over thirty years. Much of the work by Linda Miller is providing felony defense in District Court for such allegations as sexual assaults, sexual assault on a child, theft, fraud, white collar, and murder. George Blau provides representation for misdemeanor defense in County Court such as sexual assault, assault, harassment, and domestic violence. While Linda Miller concentrates on felony defense, George Blau concentrates on misdemeanors, Colorado State University Hearings, and DUI defenses. We represent clients that are uncharged, but facing criminal investigation; clients charged with misdemeanor assault, often with a domestic violence enhancement; clients charged with sexual misconduct; clients charged with misdemeanor assault for defending their home; clients charged with alcohol or drug offenses; and those charged with more serious felony crimes including first-degree murder. Our representation throughout Northern Colorado is at the Larimer County Justice Center located in Fort Collins, Colorado five blocks from our downtown Office, Weld County Courthouse, or from our Western office near downtown Steamboat Springs.
