Our Mission

We strive to provide the best criminal defense representation for our clients throughout Colorado and Wyoming from Fort Collins, Colorado located about sixty miles north of Denver and from Steamboat Springs for clients in that area.  Each of the attorneys in the office have experience for over twenty-seven years in representing clients in all courts in Colorado and Wyoming from as far south as Colorado Springs to the State of Wyoming to the north.  From Steamboat Springs in the West to the eastern plains of Colorado, we have flown and driven to different courts to represent our clients.  Most of our work is in felony defense or serious misdemeanor defense in district and county courts in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley.  Our principal offices are located just a few blocks down the street from the Larimer County Justice Center in Fort Collins.

We are actively involved in a number of organizations that enhance our ability to successfully represent our clients and we also perform public service by serving on various committees.  All of these organizations strive to provide better legal representation for clients needing assistance with criminal defense and can provide support services and networks for the exchange of information and experts.  Competent criminal representation requires expertise, experience, and knowledge and each of these organizations assist the committed criminal defense attorney in skilled, experienced, and successful representation.
