Law Offices

Our law offices are located in the historic old town portion of downtown Fort Collins in a 1898 Victorian house on the corner of S. Howes Street and W. Myrtle which has been converted into offices.  Several years ago, the office was lovingly repaired, renovated, and extensively remodeled including stabilizing the foundation, restoration of the original antique southern heart pine wood floors, and complete redecoration of the office along with restored hundred year-old antique lighting fixtures.  Complimenting the vintage restoration is a modern Category 5 and wireless computer network allowing complete access throughout the building to high-speed DSL connections to the Internet for legal research of cases and statutes, and an associated telecommunication system complete with four telephone lines and a digital telephone system with confidential voice mail and the ability to page one of the attorneys to respond to our clients' needs.  Complimenting the telecommunications system and the wired and wireless networks is a document processing system that handles copying, faxing, scanning, and emailing of documents within the office and to the office's computer servers.  Recent upgrades include digital video conferencing and electronic file transfer between our offices in Fort Collins and Steamboat Springs.

We are centrally located in downtown Fort Collins just a short walk south five blocks from the Larimer County Justice Center north on Howes Street and one block north of the Oval on the Colorado State University campus.

Driving directions:  From I-25 take the Colorado Highway 14 (Mulberry Street) exit and proceed west into town until College Avenue (Highway 287) and then continue two more bocks west on Mulberry and then turn left (south) on S. Howes street one block to the corner of Howes and W. Myrtle.
